Achieving outstanding customer service is the responsibility of everyone in the business, individually and collectively. Heading this interface with customers is our team of account managers. Supported by the customer service group they liaise with customers on the day-to-day business activities, with each customer having their own dedicated account manager. Our business is big enough to allow every customer to be supported this way and small enough to ensure customers have access to the most senior individuals in the business.

As customers seek to drive savings through the consolidation of their promotional merchandise spend across multiple regions and require creative and ethically sourced products our account managers have to keep everyone on track and on time. Working closely with our account managers, our customer service team is liaising with suppliers and customers on a daily basis. From our centers of excellence at our offices in UK, Germany and Ireland we service our international customers by employing a multi-lingual team. Experience collides with dedication and talent.
