I've been in and around the merchandise business for longer than I care to admit to. I like to think that I've seen pretty much every scenario and lived to fight another day, but this industry still excites me, and seeing the new talent and ideas that we're nurturing here at Brand Addition gives me a buzz about what the future holds.
As the European Sales and Marketing Director I get to see both the hard work that goes on within our organisation and the impact and response it receives by our customers. It's great to see just how powerful the merchandise that we provide can be. And its not just about the products either - the advice that we provide our customers in terms of what merchandise to use and when to use it…and yes even when not to use it, I think gives my sales team a level of credibility in the industry which is hard to beat. |
