Derek Hartley - Operations Manager

As Operations Manager I co-ordinate the activities of our sales support function. I have an exceptional team of people behind me processing customer enquiries and orders. The office is full of talented people and I can proudly say that I think we have the best team in the industry. Sure we have our challenges, but the manner and the speed that the team reacts to them is breathtaking.

The other side of my role is managing the warehouse and logistics function. We have just completed a major relocation of this facility and now have a set-up which is second to none. Fully integrated with the computerised order system, my team in the warehouse pick, pack and ship over 10,000 orders a month - we can even create multi-packs for customers that want other marketing collateral in the same pack as the products. I am also responsible for the companies Quality processes. Developing and applying the procedures that have earnt the company an enviable reputation for our environmental and quality standards.
