Brand Addition is an extremely creative organisation. Sure we have a creative department which develops the ranges and marketing collateral for our customers, but outside our department I'm amazed at how many creative minds work here.
Sometimes this can be frustrating, as it means that everyone 'has an opinion' but by and large it's great that we have a culture and a passion within our company that is not satisfied with the norm, and always looking for a new or a better way of doing things.
I wouldn't be as presumptuous to say that we're a 'hot bed' of creative talent, but we're definitely a 'warm cushion'. |
