Control Checks
Please read the following information and find the respective documents linked at the bottom of this page.
Dear Supplier,
As the Brand Addition business in Hagen grows we have made changes to our internal processes to drive improvement and offer better service to our customers.
We have taken a decision to move some of our customer schemes to a 3rd Party warehouse owned by Kuehne + Nagel and hold stock there as well as at our own Brand Addition warehouse in Hagen.
The delivery warehouse address will be clearly stated on the Brand Addition purchase order that you will receive for every order. Please make sure that you take care to follow this instruction.
You will find links to the delivery protocol below, please make sure that you follow these instructions to prevent delays and rejection of deliveries by the warehouse.
We would also like to take this opportunity to communicate and realign our quality and delivery requirements for all products delivered to Brand Addition or direct to our clients.
There will be an incoming sample inspection of all goods delivered to Brand Addition Warehouses, previously this was only carried out on specific products but our revised process will mean that all goods & the quality of the delivery will be checked before being accepted into stock. By carrying out these checks we can ensure that products being booked into stock are defect free and meet the labelling requirements to allow the products to be correctly identified.
To ensure alignment and provide full transparency, Brand Addition has created instructions detailing our requirements for delivery and provided our incoming inspection criteria which should be aligned with your outgoing quality checks. We expect that all suppliers follow these instructions and ensure that the quality of products aligns with the checks we are carrying out as part of our incoming inspection.
Sincerely,
-
