Product & Delivery Specification

Dear Supplier,

Brand Addition has been evaluating a number of its internal processes to drive improvement and offer a better service to our customers. As a result of this I would like to take this opportunity to communicate and re-iterate the importance of adherence to our quality and delivery requirements and the important role that you play to ensure that we continue to offer an excellent product and service to our customers.

Since the end of June 2019 Brand Addition started conducting incoming inspection of all goods delivered into our warehouses, previously this was only carried out on specific products but our revised process means that all goods & the quality of the delivery will be checked before being accepted into stock or delivery to our customer. By carrying out these checks we can ensure that products are defect free and meet the labelling requirements to allow the products to be correctly identified upon receipt.

To ensure alignment, it is vitally important that you as a supplier to Brand Addition fully adhere to the product and delivery specification + the delivery requirements as outlined in our purchase order. Any issues with the provided information should be discussed prior to production start.  These specifications provide specific details around our expectations on product quality, packaging and delivery and must be adhered to at all times.

When the goods are inspected if they fail to meet the requirements as detailed in our purchase order and specifications this is likely to result in the products being rejected and returned to the supplier.

These results will be used to monitor supplier performance along with any final inspection results or audits that have previously been carried out on the supplier.

To provide full transparency attached is a copy of the Brand Addition product and quality specification for each of our product categories detailing our requirements, any specific requirements will be detailed during the purchase order process.
